Before Bigg Boss 16 premiered, I had never heard of Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. I knew only that she was an Indian model who was even a contestant in the 2018 edition of “Models of Globalization.” I knew no further details. However, as the show started, I knew that she was strong-headed. She was obvious about the things she wanted and determined to get them. I quickly realized again that my initial impressions of Priyanka were wrong. Although she was assertive and decisive, her assertiveness did not manifest itself in mean or malicious behavior. Instead, she was calm and determined, and I found her to be quite sensible.
Priyanka made her acting debut in 2016 when she featured in many music videos, but her stint on TV was in 2019 with Gathbandhan and her character in Udariyaan, which aired in 2021. A day before the scheduled shoot, the reality show alerted all the participants that no Suraksha Studios were available to shoot the show with its subsequent elimination of eight players, which threw Priyanka out of the show this year’s TOP moments of her skin-bashing scene and video feature with actor Ankit Gupta.
