Growing discontent among the public (card holders) with regard to this pro-people initiative taken by the previous Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf government suggests that the majority of private healthcare providers and senior doctors of public sector hospitals are in a tacit agreement to undermine the Sehat Sahulat Programme (health card).
